Many matters on which we have worked are highly confidential and, therefore, we cannot comment on them. However, we provide below brief descriptions of actual projects for clients since 1981.

University of California

In a suit alleging ethnic discrimination in the promotion of a group of faculty, JurEcon's labor economist testified in the court victory for the UC campus. The judge said the key issue was whether or not there was a statistical disparity between tenure-track faculty and the qualified labor market and cited the testimony of JurEcon's expert as central to its decision.

Transfer Pricing Study
