How We
Work
JurEcon, Inc. plans and implements a typical consulting
project as follows:
President E. Jane Arnault, Ph.D. talks with the client to discuss
the nature of the case and the client's special needs in order to
determine which expert, or group of experts, would be the best choice
for the specific project. The research is performed by the expert
and, when authorized by the client, may also be performed by other
designated staff under the supervision of the expert. The expert(s)
remain fully responsible for every aspect of the research and testimony.
JurEcon, Inc. provides the experts professional management and support
to insure timely, high quality services to our clients.
Our ability to maintain confidentiality entails tightly secured
premises as well as the policy of no discussion of cases except
with JurEcon staff and the client involved. Retention of any outside
expert or support personnel includes their signing a confidentiality
agreement. We understand the uncontrollable aspects of scheduling
in the judicial system and carefully consider these problems to
insure our availability.
