MEDIATION

In 1992, JurEcon, Inc. began offering mediation services. JurEcon, Inc. has arranged for a select group of high prestige attorneys to mediate cases in their respective fields. In addition, experienced and highly credentialed experts in economics and finance from JurEcon, Inc. area available to assist as needed.

Counsel may choose from a list of mediators who understand the legal and evidential complexities of the case and the psychological subtleties necessary to work out a settlement. These prominent attorneys/mediators apply the same type legal skills and negotiating arts to resolve disputes without the expense of going to trial. Some of our mediators are full-time neutrals with extensive training and remarkably successful settlement rates to their credit. Other mediators are full-time attorneys or litigators and are pleased to offer their remarkable skills to resolve disputes for our clients.
